    I Have booked cab on 22.06.13 for travelling on 21.06.13. After repeated follow up with customers care of ntl. They were not given proper information. After one hour mr.arun team leader of ntl saying cab is not available. Very worst service from ntl. All told ntl is best. So i tried for first time.

      The truth is that none of the call taxi operators operate in a professional manner since they are all in the growing stage. They will become professional operations in a few years, hopefully.
      In fact, a perfect example of professional services is by Meru Cabs, they strictly implement their code of conduct among the drivers.

    I have hired NTL taxi on 16.07.2013 6.30 am from my residence to Chennai Airport. The driver immediately demanded Rs.70/- extra being the toll fees to be paid to airport. I told him since there is no waiting period why I should pay extra. The driver replied that once you enter airport you will have to pay extra. This is happening for the second time in NTL taxi and never told at the time of booking the cab. But other agencies like FAST TRACK dont charge like this. Only if we wait for a longer period in Chennai Airporr extra money to be paid as TOLL. I complained immediately to the Call centre and demanded an explanation but so far no reply. HOW NTL TAXI CAN CLAIM ITS SERVICES ARE BETTER?

    from yesturday evening, iam asking for a corporate booking, i spoke to the concern person, he said he will mail the details but still i didnt receive any mails, please do needfull to me, otherwise i will move to the next option

    One of the worst call taxi I ve ever travelled…I booked taxi from tambaram dec 5th mrg for my exam at 9 am…on midway at 8.45 he said that he dont know the route!!! Irresponsible..he was keep on talking in mobile till he dropped me in midway..then I asked my friend to come and pick me..for 144 rs shown in metre he asked 200…worst service no bill no timing..I never prefer this in my lifetime again..I called to complaint 30003000 4 times call waiting and they disconnected.

    I have been traveling in ntl share taxi. Worst Service of share taxi. Fed up with these guys… Sure they cant serve better gonna cancel the service and also please dont go for ntl. there is no proper response driver wont show up and to call the customer service every time.

    I am highly disapponted with NTL taxi . They are not coming in time, non responsive to follow up calls and no method of redressel of compliant if your are not having an e mail or not knowing to log into website and lodge a complaint. They proudly announces this also

    I booked the taxi through NTL taxi app on 18-01-2015.immediately they assigned the taxi with the driver and vehicle number. Vehicle number is TN01AS7579.I called to that number.The driver didn’t pick my call.After 10 min i received a message that your balance is deducted and current booking is completed.immediately i called to the customer care..He transferred my call to customer complaint sections.A Madam answered and inquired about the details and immediately she cut my call without telling anything.After that I called again they didn’t pick.It was in queue for more than 5 times in the position of 35…Another problem is after assigning the duties the drivers are refused to attend the customers.Because of this I lost my train .I also spent more than 800rs. NTL becomes No Taxi with Loyalty

    Most Pathetic Service I have ever encountered and promise never to USE NTL call taxi again. 18th April being my B’day I decided to take my family for a movie to Phoenix mall and unfortunately I booked a call taxi through NTL app and your driver called my at 12:50PM from the mobile number 9962157098 and said he is in Velacherry and will come in 15 min’s to my residence in Adampakkam when he didn’t turn up for almost half an hour I called back the driver who told me he has a flat tyre and they will send another cab (Surprisingly you guys didn’t have the courtesy to call and tell the driver will not be able to make it). Then again I got a message from NTL at 01:16PM with the booking ID B15041825500158, Cab No. TN-18-V-9464 and driver’s cell number 8681919784 and the particular driver called me from the Cell number 9941160660 at 01:14 PM and said he is near Thillaiganga Nagar Subway and will come in 10 mins after 20 mins since your driver didn’t arrive I called him and he didn’t answer my call after again Half an hour He call me he said some problem with the billing App and he will be there in 10 Min’s after another 20 Mins again I tried calling him he didn’t answer the call and I got a message which shocked me I got a message with Billing amount of Rs. 104 that too when your call taxi never came and as a matter of fact this is not the first time this incidence has happened to me when availing NTL call taxi.
    The ordeal doesn’t just end there, I again booked a call taxi from Phoenix mall to G.N. Chetty Road with the booking ID A15041800104519, Cab No.TN-13-4511 and drivers mobile number 9789038904. I booked the call taxi for 07:30PM and driver called me from the registered number at 07:05PM stating he had arrived and is near the Mall, I told him that I had booked the call taxi for 07:30PM for which he promptly replied he will wait and come in by 07:30PM. I called the driver at 19:22 and told him that I am waiting at the pickup point and he informed he will be there in 10 Mins. I waited for 15 mins the driver didn’t turn up and I again called him at 19:39 and finally your cab finally arrived at 19:45 which is all fine. After reaching the destination I was sent a message with billing amount of Rs.209 which I promptly paid but later when I checked the billing message I saw your driver has charged me Rs.22 as waiting charge..Ironically for myself standing and waiting for your cab which was late I am paying the waiting charge to your cab driver. So with pathetic service you guys have become fraudsters and cheats too!!
    In between I call NTL call taxi customer service and each time I tell the issue the guy on the other line just transfers my call without telling me to someone and I have to start with the issue all over again in between they disconnect the call which happened twice. I was wondering with the tagline of being safe travels, imagine if I had booked the call taxi at night with your call taxi never turning up with me and wife stranded in middle of the road then what safety are you guys talking about. Also good thing is I didn’t book your call taxi to catch an international flight!! So with that you guys become fraudsters and a cheat and people with unethical marketing strategy and who offer pathetic service as well.
